“La Caribe” en Albacete
El documental Colombiano La Caribe, de Armando Bolaño Rangel, fue seleccionado para participar en la 7ª Muestra "Documentales y Fotografías de América Latina" - Albacete Documental 2007. La muestra se desarrollará entre el 27 de abril y el 6 de mayo en la ciudad de Albacete, Castilla - La Mancha, España.
El documental aborda la problemática de una comunidad en situación de desplazamiento forzado interno en la costa norte Colombiana; un asentamiento de 26 familias provenientes de Las Trojas de Cataca, población palafítica al interior de la Cienaga Grande del Magdalena, quienes se vieron obligados a abandonar su lugar de origen, después de una incursión paramilitar.
La Caribe presenta una serie de situaciones de la vida diaria de la comunidad, algunos testimonios de sus habitantes donde comparten sus expectativas de vida, y hacen un ejercicio doloroso pero necesario para la memoria, recordar.

Ahora tenemos dos cosas para comentar. Primero lo de Iñaki; yo les dije a algunos compañeros y creo que a él tambien, la tarde que estuvimos en la playa, que ese silencio era sospechoso. Creo que nadie me malinterpreta. Iñaki siendo el más joven de nosotros seguramente era de los más leidos. Ya sabe que si se decide a estudiar la carrera de cine de la Nacional aquí en Bogotá, pues por aquí cuenta con varios amigos. Lo de Armando también merece la reseña.
